If something saved wrong

Some shops build their pages in ways that are hard to read. The most useful thing you can send us is exactly what the extension saw:

1. Open the product page and save it with the Window Shopping icon.
2. In the box that opens, click Copy a report.
3. Paste it into an email to us, with a line about what looked wrong.

The report has the page address and the product details the extension found. It doesn't include anything else from the page, your other saves, or anything about you. It's plain text, so you can read it before you send it.

Privacy requests

Your saves never leave your device, so we don't hold anything about you that we could look up or delete. You can see, correct, export and delete everything yourself from inside the extension, and the Privacy Policy explains how. You're still welcome to write to us with any question.

Parents and carers

If you have a question about your child using Window Shopping, email us. The Privacy Policy explains what the extension keeps and how to remove it.

What happens to your email

We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them once we no longer need them to help. We won't add you to a mailing list.
